CD Ripper > cdinfo.txt

A text file called 'cdinfo.txt' is created in the album directory when the CD is ripped. This contains specific information about the CD.

Here's an example. It's a simple INI-file which contains the disc IDs and TOCs used by the FreeDB and MusicBrainz servers, and the AccurateRip database entry name.
